At our home in Ars, Cognac a new workshop has opened on the grounds of Chateau de Bonbonnet. Under the keen guidance of our Master Coppersmith, Gaylord Urbain, the space is turning into a workshop of excellent and dedication to finessing the fine art of distillation.
As part of our 2024 Single Cask releases, we have exchanged some of our finest Planteray rum casks with our friends at Adriatico and have taken hold of some of theirs. As a result, we are delighted to present to you the Planteray Barbados 2017 Rum finished in amaretto cask. A world first!
Our famous Planteray XO 20th Anniversary is now available as PXXO, a new expression finished in Pedro Ximenez casks. This is one to not miss!

Following on from our Citadelle Thé French gin, we're delighted to present another exclusive spirit in our Château de Bonbonnet boutique: Planteray Single Cask Barbados 2022 finished in a cask of... Hot Sauce 🌶️, a unique rum featuring the flavours of Louisiana's iconic hot sauce!
Maison Ferrand will be present at Rhum Fest Paris from 4 to 6 May 2024 with a programme of masterclasses, as well as an exceptional competition to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the fair, with a unique barrel of Barge 166 up for grabs!
