When stories meet
Banyuls, white Moscatel, Sauternes, Oloroso, Marsala, Chardonnay, Port and even beer: the 2026 selection explores casks with very different profiles. The idea behind it stays simple, though. We want to see what each cask can bring to the rum without overpowering it.
Some of these casks reach us in Charente through Barrel Swaps with other producers. Beyond trading casks, these swaps give each of us a chance to see how our spirit changes in wood from a different world.
Other selections happen right here in our cellars. Partner retailers, bars and restaurants come to Charente to taste several casks before picking their own, which then carries their name on the label.
Our Single Casks change every year, but they remain a testing ground built on sharing, where every cask leads to a new encounter.
