We went out for some “research missions” with some of our ambassadors. First Lola, then Theo, on the hunt for the best spots serving cocktails that’ll make you forget it’s winter in Paris. But that’s not all: we also hopped on a plane to Madrid, where Chiara, our local ambassador, found a cocktail that’s perfect for chasing away the winter blues!
Get out of the grey Parisian gloom - head to Dirty Dick
Throw on your best Hawaiian shirt and head to Dirty Dick to get nice and warm! For years, this bar has been lighting up the Paris cocktail scene with its dedicated and delicious tiki drinks. Beyond the classic staples you’d expect on any menu, like a Mai Tai or a Zombie, the bar offers plenty of their own original creations, including these Planteray rum-based serves originally launched for Halloween and still going strong!
Harvey Resurrection: Planteray 3 Stars, brown butter, vanilla syrup, clarified orange juice, carbonated.
Above The Blood: Planteray Original Dark, cold brew, pomegranate, blood orange juice, coconut sugar, licorice syrup, lime juice, mole bitters.

Want to escape to the sun? Meet us at CopperBay
Next stop, CopperBay, where Mediterranean vibes, warm flavors, and communal cooking inspire much of the drink menu. The Barreado takes you to Brazil, thanks in part to the subtle spiced and floral notes of our Planteray 3 Stars rum paired with cachaca, sunshine and the sea tie it all together. Ok so not quite the Med... but we’re not complaining!
Barreado: Planteray 3 Stars & banana-infused Cachaca, sweet potato shochu, lime, Brazilian falernum.

Pack that passport. Madrid is calling
How about a quick detour to Madrid? More specifically to Scratch, a venue that turned heads when it opened at the tail end of 2024. With the Heladeria Yoli cocktail, this rising star of the Madrid cocktail scene offers a lush, creamy recipe that pairs perfectly with the rich warmth and fruity notes of our Ferrand Cognac 1840 Original Formula.
Heladeria Yoli: homemade peanut horchata, Ferrand Cognac 1840 Original Formula, oloroso sherry, spices.

Back to Paris for a reinvention of the Negroni
In a former pharmacy that now houses Classique. As part of its Cepages concept, each cocktail on the menu spotlights a different grape variety, prepared in a unique way. So French! Try their spin on the iconic Negroni, where the white grape and dried pineapple notes of our Planteray Original Dark take the place of gin, all with a pinot noir twist!
Negroni, Pinot noir: Planteray Original Dark, calvados, Italian vermouth infused with purple basil, bitters, creme de cassis, pinot noir with blackcurrant leaves.
Cheers!
