Citadelle Jardin d’Été: French summer in a bottle

To toast Bastille Day, what better choice than Citadelle Jardin d’Été, voted Best French Gin at the World Gin Awards?

This bright twist on our Citadelle Original - the pioneer of the craft gin movement and the winner of more than 180 awards since Master Distiller Alexandre Gabriel created it in 1996 - draws inspiration from the lush gardens of Château de Bonbonnet, where flowers, fruit, and herbs thrive in untouched surroundings.

Citadelle Jardin d’Été is known for its delicate, fresh aromas. On the palate, this estate-made gin bursts like a firework with bright citrus notes (lemon, yuzu, and orange), rounded out by the silky sweetness of Charentais melon, a signature fruit of the Cognac region. The finish is long, always fresh and fruity, making this craft gin the perfect partner for seasonal cocktails. We’re excited to share our favorite recipes for a holiday that means so much to us in France.

For the full Bastille Day vibe, gather family and friends for a park picnic, then dance into the night, just like the outdoor street parties that pop up all over France on July 14. A beret is highly recommended!
